Many pond owners have struggled with the persistent issue of algae, particularly the stubborn string algae that seems to thrive in even the most well-maintained ponds. For one dedicated pond enthusiast, the journey to a crystal-clear, algae-free pond has been a long one. However, their story is a testament to the power of patience and the effectiveness of Nualgi products.
“I started using Nualgi about 3 years ago and at first didn’t see much change,” they shared. Like many pond owners, they had tried a variety of commercial products with limited success. “I had been using other commercial products to try to keep the algae down, especially string algae.”
I started using Nualgi about 3 years ago and at first didn’t see much change. I had been using other commercial products to try to keep the algae down, especially string algae. But after I changed to using exclusively Nualgi products, and being patient, it became easier and easier to clean the muck and algae from the pond, and I see less and less string algae, even in the hottest times of the summer. I am surrounded by tall Douglas Fir trees which are constantly dropping needles and other debris so there is no end of nutrients going into the water, but as long as I keep up regular dosing of Nualgi products, I have clear water and happy fish and plants and frogs. Well done Nualgi!
